Elizabeth Pipkin works on the firm's toughest cases because she quickly and efficiently analyzes complex issues, pays attention to detail, and obtains good results for her clients. She has represented Fortune 500 companies, closely held businesses, charitable institutions, and individuals in a broad range of trial work, including intellectual property disputes, securities fraud claims, and personal injury cases. - Defended a major telecommunications company against trade secrets theft allegations by a former contractor.
- Obtained injunctive relief freezing the assets of a hedge fund that had defrauded her client, a charitable institution.
- Represented a bio-sciences company in licensing dispute with a multi-level marketing business.
- Obtained a jury verdict for a personal injury client, including general damages that exceeded economic damages.
